The Opportunity
Aldersgate, a non-profit Continuing Care Senior Living Community, is seeking a Director of Marketing & Communications to play a critical role in sharing the Aldersgate mission to celebrate and respect the value of each individual within an inclusive and vibrant Aldersgate community.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Marketing & Communications (DMC) is part of the leadership team and is responsible for telling the story of Aldersgate by directing all activities of the marketing processes. This includes planning and implementing strategies and tactics to generate new leads; reenforcing the brand; leading the implementation of the marketing plan; developing positioning recommendations, guiding market research analysis; defining brand elements and tone.
The DMC is entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

Aldersgate is a distinguished non-profit Continuing Care Senior Living Community (also known as a Continuing Care Retirement Community or CCRC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. It provides a full continuum of care for individuals aged 62 and older, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home care, and short-term rehabilitation services. The compensation for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
